Spring Essentials 2015

Written by , Posted in Fashion

Winter is slowly but surely winding down, so it’s time to get ready for the spring and cheer up! You might be eager to pack away all your winter clothes and clear up space for the new summer clothes! But, don’t rush; keep them a little bit longer, since you never know how long the winter will last! Depends where you live, of course! The confrontation with this tricky period can be a little stressful, but don’t worry; it can be exciting as well.

Go through all the clothes you have in your closet and check their condition before jumping to the stores and buying a whole bunch of the latest trendy clothes and accessories. Trends are changing all the time, and it can be really difficult to keep up with them, particularly on a budget, but this shouldn’t be a big trouble, for the reason that you can find great pieces of clothes and accessories for the upcoming season with affordable prices. What is also great is that most trends from the previous seasons are still the same. So, let’s check them out:

The time for dark jeans is running out. So leave the dark coloured clothes for the next winter, and try to avoid dark denim in the shiny days of spring. Lighter colours are perfect choice for this transitional period of the year. By the way, these jeans are adaptable and you can combine them with many different tops, usually the sporty ones, and if it is still a little bit cold, you can put some chubby and warm sweater or even a zipped hoodie, a trench coat, a parka while doing everyday jobs, or you can even put a blazer when going out. The choice is limitless!

That look good on your figure, slim-fit or even a baggy ’80`s shirt – the trends allow it all, as you can see from the latest runway shows! Over the tartan shirt, (plain or tartan) which is quintessential piece in each man’s attire, you can actually wear some zipped- hoodie, or a nice pale sweater.

If you thought it’s over with these striped t-shirts, that we’ve been present for so many seasons and it is time to say them goodbye, you are mistaken. It seems we can’t get enough of them! They are still in trend! T-shirts with cool prints are also a great choice for the spring. Of course, plain black, white or any other colour of t-shirt is also a must have for the spring, So if you don’t have one in your closet, it’s about time to go and get one!

Also one of the inevitable pieces of clothing you must have in the spring. It is great for the changeover of seasons and it’s cozy. You can also wear it and pair it with different types of pants or jeans.

Trench Coats

If you classical type of guy, this transitional piece of clothing is also a must have during the spring as well as the autumn. If you can afford a more expensive piece, here is the well-known Burberry trench coat, but if you are on a budget, you can always find a cheaper solution and still look modern and cool! This Zara trench coat, which is a bit shorter, is actually a great alternative to that. But, even if it seems more classical and serious you can combine it in a little bit different way and make it look cool!

Oxford Shoes

These legendary shoes that first appeared in Ireland and Scotland are still in trend for this season! What is the secret of their popularity? Well, it may be the fact that they are intended for both casual and formal wear and they are delectably evocative! They are usually simple or patterned and are easily combined.

Boat shoes

Yes, for the upcoming period, these shoes are on the stage again! It is surprising for how many seasons we see them, but like the striped t-shirt men and women just love them, and this is probably because they are so easy to wear and are extremely comfortable. You can wear them with different types of pants, jeans, or even shorts during the warmer days of spring!

By choosing these pieces and combining them in a suitable and cool way you are good to go and have fun!
